New membership sign-ups can be done at spa or above on the website for your convenience.
Our Memberships are a minimum 6 month contract. Your Membership will automatically continue after the 6 months on a month to month basis. You may cancel at any time or stay a Member for as long as you’d like!
Yes! After fulfilling the first 6-month contract, your Membership can be frozen at any time for up to 3 consecutive months once every year. Freeze form available HERE
While frozen, your Benefits will be unavailable, but when you resume your Membership, your Benefits will continue to carry over from exactly where you left off with us
Your Monthly Benefits can be shared with up to three members of your immediate family within the same household.
Unfortunately no. Once your account is cancelled, any remaining Monthly Benefits will lapse. Cancel form available HERE
Cancellation Form
I am submitting this Membership Cancellation Request for Anisoptera Spa. As per the agreement, my membership has been active for the minimum six-month period, and I understand that I must complete this initial period to cancel without any fee. In the event of cancellation within the first six months, I am aware of my responsibility to repay any discounts or benefits received during that time.
I am sending this request at least 7 days before my billing date to ensure a seamless process. Please consider this as my official notice of membership cancellation. For any further communication or clarification, contact info@anisoptera.com.
As stated in the membership agreement, I am aware of the possibility of a cancellation fee if I cancel before completing the full six-month term. If there are any questions regarding the cancellation fee, kindly contact our spa for assistance and clarification.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, and I will retain the email confirmation of this cancellation request for my records.
Freeze Form
Upon signing Anisoptera Spa's membership agreement, I agreed to a minimum contract of six months or six-monthly payments. After this period, my membership will transition to a month-to-month basis, requiring written notice to cancel.
Having met the initial six-month period, I have the option to freeze my account for up to 3 consecutive months, with a stipulation to remain active for 12 months in between freezing periods. To proceed with the freeze, I am submitting this form at least 7 days before my next billing date to avoid any charges.
I will retain my email confirmation as proof of the account freeze, and I understand that refunds for freezing will not exceed 3 months unless I provide this confirmation.
